~ A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

~ You may update your party guest count up to 24 hours prior to your party start time.
~ Babies under 12 months old are not part of the guest count.
~ Please NO outside decorations unless agreed upon ahead of time.
~ Please NO outside cake is allowed into the Playcenter unless you have a pre-booked party.
~ Please NO outside food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the Playcenter.
~ Preference for party room is based on availability and scheduling, and cannot be guaranteed.
~ You may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party time to decorate for your party.
~ Please vacate the party room at the end of the scheduled party time to avoid extra party time fee.
~ Tax and gratuity are not included in the party package price.
~ Any discount offers or vouchers are to be presented at the time of purchase.

~ No pets or service animals are allowed in the Playcenter.
~ Smoking and alcohol are prohibited inside the Playcenter at all times.

PARTY CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: A By having your party or event at Kanga’s Long Island, you agree to pay the full balance amount on the party invoice. Payments are non-refundable. Failure to pay the full invoice amount within seven (7) days after the party or event will result in a $100.00 late fee. If you have any questions about your invoice or dispute a charge on your invoice, please contact Kanga’s Long Island City before the due date. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, you must notify Kanga’s Long Island City of any disputes concerning any charges within 15 days after the date of your invoice. You accept all charges not disputed within 15 days. The deposit for your party is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you provide at least seven (7) days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date and time within the next two (2) months. Any party or event cancelled with less than seven (7) days notice will forfeit their deposit. Any costs we incurred while preparing for your cancelled party will be billed to you. Any party or event rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $50.00 rescheduling fee. Any costs we incurred while preparing for your party will be billed to you or deducted from your deposit. Effective February 14, 2020.
